Recently the Board of Directors of the Monhegan Artists Residency Corporation (MARC) announced that Carina House—where the summer residency has been housed for the past 18 years—has been sold.

The house will no longer be available to the Monhegan Artists Residency Program. The program is currently seeking new lodging and studio space for the 2008 residencies.
